NS/WoA: Hydra

Hydras are deadly water creatures that have crocodile-like bodies with longer legs and a mass of long, snake-like heads. The bite and blood of these creatures are extremely poisonous, and some are even able to spit that poison in a sticky, acidic mucus. Despite that, the most fearsome trait of the hydra is that when one of its head’s is cut off, two more grow in its place. The only way to kill a hydra is to cut off all its heads and then to burn the stumps with fire before new heads can grow. Unless otherwise stated, assume a hydra starts with 5 heads.
