WG/BA3: Soviet Naval Brigade Forward Observer Team

Call in fire support for your Soviet Naval Brigade!

Soviet forces, including the Naval Brigades, benefited from enormous amounts of indirect fire support from the ‚god of war‘ – their long-range artillery. With truly stunning numbers of gun and rocket batteries on hand, the Red Army could call down a rain of fire to support their advances or prevent enemy breakthroughs. Similarly, they enjoyed excellent close air support, courtesy of the legendary IL-2 ‚Sturmovik‘, a truly lethal aircraft designed exclusively for low-level strikes. All this firepower needs someone to direct it onto its target, though – enter the Forward Observer Team. Two men armed with the most dangerous weapons of all, binoculars and radio, this small team gives any Soviet Rifle Platoon a seriously heavy punch on the Bolt Action tabletop.
